Andrew (Andy) David Smith Sr age 91 passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021 in Wrightsville GA. He is survived by one sister; Emily Adele Smith Roach, four sons; Andrew David Smith Jr. (Rhonda); Tres Randall Smith (Elizabeth); Derrick Keith Smith (Sheila); John Burton Smith (Cathy). 12 grandchildren; Tiffany Smith de Groot, ( Mark), Danielle Smith Lyons, (David), Nicole Smith, Randall Smith, Joanne Soeterik, Scott Michael Chapman, Michelle Renee Chapman, Emily Louise Cays, (Jeremy), Whitney Kathryn Creech, (Aaron), Jarrod Keith Smith, Candace Noel Treadway, Taylor Lynn Smith. 19 great grandchildren; Ian William de Groot, Abigail Esther de Groot , Leon Kaleb de Groot, Mark Andrew de Groot, David Lamar Lyons III, Dyllon Ray Lyons, Dalton Robert Lyons, Daniel Joseph Lyons, Jackson Smith, Addison Chapman, Marley Chapman, Natalia Chapman, Oliver Grant Cays, Harrison James Cays, Dexter James Creech, Eleanor Harper Creech, Natalie Adele Creech, Tommy Marion Mattox V, Jack Treadway Sanchez. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Burton Smith and Sadie Leo Mcullough Smith and his brother Jason Smith, his wife Joanne Louise McVey Smith, and children; Angela Denise Smith Chapman and Kerry Lewis Smith. Funeral services for Andrew David Smith Sr. will be held at 2:30 Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Atlantic Mortuary in Rockledge, FL with Pastor Rick Shabi officiating. Burial will follow at Florida Memorial Gardens in Rockledge, FL. Visitation will be at 1:00 Thursday April 15, 2021 at Atlantic Mortuary.
