Our best memories of you were when you were a young boy. You were cute energetic and spirited
Often full of mischief and pranks on your sisters. You grew up into a talented and gifted young man. Your family and friends will miss you deeply.

Joe was one of the first people I met when I moved to Maryland. He was a good friend and we spent a lot of time hanging out and listening to music. Many a road trips were taken. You will be missed my friend. Over the last several years I enjoyed seeing Joe's artwork on facebook. Rest in peace my friend

Joe was always so nice to me. When I would go to Linda's house he was always working on his bike and would say " what's up girl. He always smiled when I would see him. He had a free spirit. He will be missed. ❤

You will be so missed. I never thought I would outlive you. I loved your paintings, your love of surfing, and your bike. You were always asking cooking questions. I remember when you were born at providence hospital in washington dc. Your dad brought flowers in a blue vase and brought a red dress with pleats. Lots of them. You loved that cat. You buried Iceman the german shepherd July 27 the day they cremated you 10 years later. You were with your dad the night he died. I am so very very sorry you are gone. I loved you and you will b missed. I am in shock. Not expected at all.
