To Mr. Bill and daughters, Joyce was a gem. We met back in 2001 when she began styling my hair. I was stationed at PAFB. I enjoyed our trip to FAMU for battle if the bands where Billy sang with Jeffery Osborne and our girls nite out trying different restaurants. She will be missed as we managed to stay in touch by phone or text. Rest well Queen.
